Frilly^® Coral Bells

Huechera is such a delightful foliage plant--with thick, heavily ruffled leaves, this Frilly Coral Bells look like scoops of beautiful, caramel-colored leaves in the landscape. Tightly clustered foliage transitions from a golden toffee color to deep red as the season progresses, but these plants never lose their compact, round shape. Each plant is a tight, ruffled ball of color. Small pink flowers sprout on tall scapes early in the season. Coral bells are evergreen in warmer climates, and, in cooler climates, their leaves can be trimmed to the ground in spring. Plant Frilly Bells in a location where they'll receive afternoon shade.
